Before each product of the customer is mass-produced, CQS will negotiate with the customer to determine the key inspection size according to the product requirements. We will draw a special size inspection sheet for the customer to edit the product.

After CQS detects size data for each lot of products in the future, we will send the size inspection sheet, size distribution chart, CPK analysis results, and problem product picture report to the customer to let customers know the actual situation of the product in a timely manner. When the data is abnormal, discover and adjust production parameters in time to avoid production accidents.
